Came back to D3 in last couple weeks and now decided to box it. Have 3 toons, so I can play with my buddy.

Do you guys play through the story? Or select a good area and do it over and over? Im just thinking certain boss fights will be difficult with my lack of desire to be mobile due to desyncing, but I suppose I could turn the difficulty down for those.

Also, how do you gear your teams up? I find it VERY inconvenient and time consuming to actually pick up drops.

In terms of leveling, repeating a quest like a royal audience is fastest. Just trash, so you can crank the difficulty way up. In terms of sanity maintenance; some areas of the game I vastly prefer to others... I tend to to repeat those over and over. (e.g. siege-breaker -> diablo) But that boils down to more personal preference.

Looting isn't so bad. set your viewers so that you can see your alt screens, and bind keys (I use F1-F4) to left click, that way after a champion/boss I just hit alt, loot the yellows on everyone and move on. It is time consuming, though. While leveling you can use the blacksmith in lieu of looting (e.g. if you are repeating a royal audience) to a degree.

Later on you might want to just ignore yellows in favor of checking the minimap and zone map for legendaries.

I played a bunch today. With the 100% bonus xp in effect this weekend, Master difficulty and 3, I'm level 41 and have just entered the Halls of Agony. I'll be 60 in no time.

Thanks for the advice.

Not related to the thread exactly but Lokked, I fixed the bug you reported with the switching Hotkeys. Update ISBoxer via Help->About :)
