Is it going to happen when WOD drops or before for the heirloom gear being on a separate tab so we dont have to mail it from toon to toon anymore. Just curious. I want to run my 8 toons again but im waiting to see when this might happen and if i will be indeed able to use the gear at the same time on all toons.

The next patch is going to be the pre-WoD patch, which should implement all WoD systems into the game (assuming they're finished).

So I just got back into the game and I came to a weird realization. I like leveling :)
I cap my main team with CP every week, and play a dungeon or a BG, then go back to leveling.
For some reason leveling seems a lot more diverse than running the same lvl 90 content over and over again.
And running old content on a lvl 90 is pointless, at least to me.
I just leveled 2 toons solo to 90 in like a few weeks and seemed very easy and fast. I did have heirlooms though.
Now leveling another 5 boxing team.
I'm on my third warrior, they rock at lower levels.
And doing 4 shamans to enjoy their burst till WoD when they presumably nerf all burst in the game.

The bulk of the design historically has been spent on the leveling process. Why I don't know. Every expansion involves leveraging all continents in the *5-max range. After that the emphasis is on small dungeons and raids that get released once every 4 months or so.

This may make for smart design as it encourages people to re-roll constantly. I can't say it doesn't make sense from a historical perspective as EQ operates entirely the same. Yet, I think an expansion that simply offered nothing but max level content would be awesome.

I'm sure they will look similar, but those were mock-ups that were shown at BlizzCon last year.
