Was reading forums of some of my beloved old MMOs.. I like to see whats changed..upcoming etc.. This is just part of a post by EQ2s new community manager..but I thought it would be good for anyone thinking about boxing EQ2, knowing that your CM is a multiboxer is comforting 8)

"EQ2 and Me
As far as EverQuest 2 goes, I have been an avid EverQuest 2 player since way before I ever worked at SOE! I’m a bit of an alt-a-holic and I enjoy multi-boxing my whole group. Call me anti-social, but I call it efficient! I currently have a level 95 Defiler, Shadowknight, Dirge, Coercer, Inquisitor, Wizard and Paladin. I’ll be making a new public character that I hope to play with all of you!"

That group make up is interesting as well ( note the two tanks in it ), not one i would ever think of trying lol

That is very cool. If I remember correctly, one of the main WoW devs also multiboxed at one time (or perhaps still does).

Don't assume that's their multibox group. They listed seven toons. They might only play 3 with 3 mercs.

I came here to post the same thing!

I have taken a break from EQ2 to finish up some single player games at the moment but still follow the news.

It is great that someone on the team feels comfortable enough to come out and say they multibox.

it would be great to find out their setup. They must surely be using ISBoxer?

Two tanks is viable I think, I had a bruiser in Reckless mode for a while and they do an incredible amount of damage with the option of switching back to tank when needed.

I saw the quote over the weekend, and what cracked me up were the use of "anti-social" and "community manager" in the same paragraph :)

But, yes, I was happy to see a prominent SOE employee talk about boxing. (Not that I'm boxing right now, but I may, again, eventually).
