Everquest1 just recieved a patch tonite that grants all AA free up to level 85: Full notes here>>> https://forums.station.sony.com/eq/index.php?threads/test-update-02-12-14.208081/

"- Alternate Advancement Ability Auto-Granting: AA abilities are now auto-granted up to level 85 and Underfoot for Gold players who check the opt-in box on the "Alternate Advancement" window. See the "AA" section below for more details.
- Leadership AAs have been converted to standard abilities. You no longer need to earn separate leadership experience to obtain these abilities.

This was an awesome patch :)

NOTE: On the Test server you are "gold". Before you grant your AAs, do a /resetaa so you can keep all the AAs you have earned so far. Then check the box to auto grant your AAs up to your level. You will have all the auto granted AAs plus all the AAs you earned. I was granted 7000 AAs and had 3000 AAs still saved from reset at level 90 :)

My team is at 60th, and has just about grinded every semi-useful AA ability.
Being on test, they're automatically 'gold'.

So this would basically mean, at 65th (if the box is checked) they'd have every AA available to that level.
Same for 70th, 75th, 80th and 85th, I assume.

Right now it is *bugged* on test and giving all AAs up to level 90. My 90+ characters were granted approximately 6k AAs each!

Let me know if you want some plat on test... my main is Bowd!

Looks like all forms of "swarming" were nerfed AND buffed. Nerfed in that they have put limits on the amount of mobs that can be effectively swarmed or headshotted/assassinated per minute. Buffed in that those abilities can now be used on higher level mobs. Bad for PLing..good for killing non-light blue exp giving mobs.

Yeah, I saw the announcement the other day, and I'm actually contemplating a return to EQ1. Have a crew of three in the upper 80s, but way behind on AAs. Could do the trick mentioned here, and get all the <=85 AAs, and then allocate the ~3000 AAs I have, and be good to go :)

Unfortunately for me, all my chars in the 60-70 range are pretty much maxxed for AAs already, since they were all PLed with the druid in Nadox, and got all of those AAs pretty quickly.
