I dont know why, but every now and then, when I load up my team The UIs will change and theyll all have the exact settings as each other. Big pain to have to go in and fix them all back to where theyre supposed to be......can anyone give me a tip on how to stop this from happening in the future? Thanks in Advance :)

EQ1 or EQ2? I know EQ2 has a nice feature set up to save and load UI setups. Type /load_uisettings to access the feature.

For EQ1, it's been a longer time, and I can't remember, but I thought there was something similar available.

Or am I misunderstanding the question, and you just want to learn how to prevent them from getting changed? Don't know the answer to that one, sorry.

Its EQ1 and theres no /load feature available for it. Not sure why it happens like this but it always seems to do it when I have spare time to play LOL

I remember a little bit more. You can copy and paste the files in your EQ directory, and that will copy the layout from one char to another. From what I remember, the files you want to copy have the char name and server name in the filename. I used to do this all the time, to keep the UI consistent between chars.

There are a couple of files in the EQ directory, for the UI.
One was the UI files and another was the scale/resolution and positioning of the files.

I'm not really sure how one would edit them, after they had been changed.

Also, in my case I wanted them to be identical across the board.
So, once I had one window working, I copied/pasted and renamed to the new toon..

Not sure why you would want them to be different from one and other.
Or how to fix them, once the settings and been homogenized across the accounts.
Maybe set the file to read only, once you've got it the way you want it?

Actually the answer was right in front of me the entire time. Isboxer makes virtual client files for your games. I had replaced characters on and old team build and didnt have their virtual files loaded into the setup hehe. I just went ahead and made a new build, using Steps for easy spammage and making the dps rotations ALOT better across the toons, more repeater areas, map keys etc. I wanted to do the tiled build with the video feed for watching the boxtoons but it was a bit taxing on this old off the shelf Gateway :)
