So I've been away from boxing and WoW for over 2 years now
I thought I wold play around a bit for a while
I used to run 3 man teams Hunters mostly
Well I decided to go with the full five now but I seem to be having issues

Some years ago I know I could 3 man ragefire with hunters at lvl15
Well now I have a 5 man team at lvl10 and I tried ragefire and its a wipe fest before I can even get down the ramp
the pets just cant take the beating

Now I can see that its different than last time I ran...it was troggs or whatever so the instance its self is different for sure

But have pets been nerfed so bad that this team just will not work anymore or am I just to low right now
I clearly dont yet have some important stuff i.e. mend pet

Also may attribute some of this trouble to being rusty
I have only been playing again for like 10 hours...lol
Plus my whole boxing setup had to be rebuilt (I'm on a new machine now that has never boxed) I didn't even have wow installed until yesterday

Ragefire is listed as level 15-16 dungeon. If you're going to do it without any proper tanks or healers, I'd probably wait until you are at least close to the intended range, which will mean more tools, better DPS, less missing, better gear, etc.

Well I stuck with it and got it done
I went in at lvl 10 and wiped a few times before i got my stride back
got my first clear at lvl 12 on all five hunters
when i hit 16 and get mend pet ill be happy

Edit:
did it in all durotar quest reward whites too

Your pets health scales with gear - in full heirloom I had no problem facerolling Ragefire with my 5x lvl 10 hunters

I can imagine in only quest whites it becomes a total different story

At level 15 you can complete the quests, and that would leave you at level 16 or 17 when you finish them (or 20/21 if you are using RAF). By then it's a walk in the park.
