Hello Eve multiboxing friends,

I am glad to see that this place continues to plod along in my absence.

I was running 10 accounts and then my computer took a shit and I've been down for the last few months. I just built a new machine though and am excited to get back to it.

I was running 10 accounts on 1 monitor, believe it or not lol.

I am in the process of putting the new machine together now and it should be a much smoother experience... and I bought 3 monitors to help with the real estate.

Anyways, just saying whats up.

See you in the stars.

Hello,

I may have to join you in Eve. I moved to Rift from WoW and nobody followed me, seems everyone went to Eve.

Well EVE is a game that attracts the kind of hardcore gamers in this community. I just could not stand it (played for almost 2 years) as it really fast turns into a second job.

it only turns into a job if you let it.
i play quite a few accounts. 11 atm. and i mostly pvp with them. solo gate camps, bait blobbing etc. when i start running low on money i just run class 10s for a few hours and im good for the month.

I tried Eve when it was in beta.. I know its had many many updates since then. I did not like it in beta..the space travel was buggy ( it was beta ) and was not impressive visually at that time.. I might have to do a trial sometime to see what all the fuss is about now days. I'm still enjoying FFXIV a lot, though I know its not going to sustain me long term.

Eve is p. freakin awesome.

Also, any and all multiboxers are more than welcome to join my corp, Everlasting Vendetta ingame. At present it's me and a few other multiboxers from this website.

We live in wspace at present, but I suppose if we had a ton of other people join it who aren't ready for wspace we could branch out and do w/e.

I do HIGHLY encourage wspace as it's a place where multiboxers are very powerful due to our ability to pull solid numbers very quickly, and you can make a lot of isk in order to pay for account costs. ;)

Me and a few other guys are usually chilling in the dual-boxing.com ingame channel if you have any questions or w/e.

Cool.

To be clear, I have 10 accounts... the highest skilled of which has like 85m SP so not new to the game at all, just been away for a bit.

I will hit you guys up in the db.com channel.

After this post i am so tempted to go back to EVE. But i always end up doing the same things when i go back. Need to fins something new i guess. And is it possible to earn enough ISK to have 7-10 acc going with GTC without it becoming a second job?

Anything is possible i guess. I have played on andoff since 2005 and Ive never (even when playing a single account back in the day) paid for my game with ISK.

Its something I would like to do, from a financial stand point, but I dont go into this expecting to be able to. Too much stress and as you say dont need another job. If my activities in the game provide such wealth laying around that I can do so, then I will buy the time and save some cash.

Anyways, thats been my stance on it.

Some people are good at making money in the game, I am pretty good at doing stupid stuff and losing ships haha.

I keep reading this second job stuff. Every MMO I have played was a second job. If you want to do anything of substance in MMO's you have to invest time. It's their business model that keeps people playing. Right now I am in a null corp with several multiboxers. We are always looking to get solid players who multibox. Our Corp is an industrial corp that kills rocks and rats. Lately we have been doing some pvp but our main focus is industry.
