Hello all, I just recently started to look into multiboxing, mostly to RAF myself in WoW and make leveling some rerolls a lot easier. I decided to use octopus, because its free and what I could find of it it seemed to work well enough for me.

The problem is, I can't seem to figure out how to set it up for two computers. I can't find ANY guides, and the websites that have links to guides, the websites are practically all defunct. So what can I do? I would ask a specific question about the program itself but I don't have one, I more need a tutorial of how to set it up. I even checked the sticky up top and it said "no remaining guides", so...What gives?

Unfortunately, Octopus hasn't seen an update for probably over 4-5 years. That doesn't mean it doesn't work, but when programs aren't updated their user base tends to die out as things in the program slowly break or other programs offer better/easier solutions to the task at hand. With less users, there are less people to answer questions about it and less guides or documentation available for new users (there aren't even any guides about it in the sticky at the top of this forum).

What I'm getting at is that you're going to find very few people on this site that will be able to answer questions about such an old program. You're either going to:

Struggle through setting it up yourself -- Which, if and once you do, you're more than welcome to write a guide for
Sift through the history of this site for a possible guide (I don't know of one)
Switch to another, more up-to-date, program
