I don't think so, but you can use something like Addon Control Panel (http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/acp) to access the Addons menu without logging all the way out. You can also use it to set up different profiles for loading different addons and use a macro to swap (http://www.dual-boxing.com/threads/45215-Newb-IS-boxer-help-please?p=343530&viewfull=1#post343530) between them.

For going solo, though, its best to simply uncheck the jamba "assume all toons are online" button. That will stop the "Toon2 is offline!" "Toon3 is offline!" spam in your chat box.
