I'm thinking to start boxing a free to play MMO because I'm tired of paying Blizzard but I don't know what game is as good at macros as WoW or at least good enough. Do you guys have any opinion?

Hi Palee!!! Nice to see you still around. Still remember the good ole blackrock days when you were always above me in arena.
Anywho to your request,
Rift is out there and I know some people box it. I have boxed it, only very lightly with like 3 people. I know there is a scene for it, as there is a subforum on this website.
While EvE isn't free to play per se, you can eventually acquire enough in game currency to buy a subscription in the game on the marketplace. It's called Plex I think. (I'm not that smart with EvE so it's not my cup of tea unfortunantly, I know there are some really serious boxers who do it, hopefully some will pop in. I know Carbs has moved to EvE, he likes to talk about it alot).
Wildstar is coming out, while I'm not sure it'll be boxable, it has the same system as EvE. $15 a month, but you can eliminate that with trading for in-game currency.
Another one I'm looking at is Everquest Next, though it won't be out until like... 2015. Im hearing it'll be Free to Play. Also on the topic of Everquest, I think the ones that are out are Free to Play. (Sorry not an Everquest person, just hear the name alot.)
Umm... let's think, what else.
Star Wars the Old Republic is Boxable, there is a subforum for that on this website. I played the game when it first came out, it was fun! Yet it died down when the end-game was a joke and PvP was meh. They didn't do much for end-game, but they focused too much on leveling up experience. Also they poured millions into voice-acting for cutscenes which most people skipped. No body has time to read or listen to story damn it, I want to just get max level!
Let's see Guild Wars 2 is Pay for the box and then it's free. I played that a little, it is honestly aside from tera one of the best looking games I've played. You can give that a shot.
Lord of the Rings Online, that is free, also it's has a good community from what I hear, they update it every so often with quite big updates. It's mostly PvE from what I heard though.
That's all I know so far.

EverQuest2 is F2P and tends to be the game I default to when I need a MB fix without WoW. Their macro system is very simple compared to WoW, but it works well enough. It also has mentoring and the chronomage, which are different means of allowing you to scale down your level, turning you into godmode essentially.
EverQuest is also F2P but I haven't spent any time boxing that.
I believe Vanguard is F2P now, but I still can't bring myself to actually play it.
I'd vote for Rift, too... it really is a WoW clone!
Addons aren't as good or as various as you can find for WoW and the macro language is a bit simpler.
Be aware, though, that it is a bit heavier on PC resources than WoW.
Avoid GW2 for boxing - they have all but banned it... http://isboxer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=4014
I would pitch EQ2 or Rift, Rift is closest.

After WoW, i would say EQ2 is the next "easiest" game to box. Rift is close. But there is still nothing that compares to WoW, and im not sure there ever will be. Games nowadays tend to go the rout of less addons and macro function in favor of "harder to bot"

Rift definitely has the closest multiboxing experience to wow and the way that you can play with multispeccing is a lot of fun. Their leveling dungeons are challenging and that aspect of leveling is a blast. I have never in my life gotten half so much hate while boxing though, which ultimately drove me back to wow where people are generally indifferent. If you do play rift keep in mind that it is a lot more CPU intensive than wow so you may have to start one box, turn settings way down, and then launch your team so you don't crash the game. And do something I didn't do, make sure your names don't sound like a boxer so that you can participate in the group questing areas with less harassment.

EVE online doesn't play like your traditional mmo, so there is no /follow or /assist type of macro (or macros at all, actually)
