View Full Version : three hunters or two hunters and lock
so ive got myself three hunters i will run together and ill switch out between one and use my warlock.
my question is what pets will work good together to down things as fast as possible when i am running the three hunters togethe?
and what hunter pets will work good with the lock using the voidwalker ?
and when i run the hunters with the lock should i keep them BM or a different spec?

You know I really thought that a large percentage of a BM hunters damage was due to pet. Turns out that its around 10%, so really I don't think it matters much what pet you choose other than going for the buffs they provide.

Do you mean the differences in pet dps or the % the pet does for the BM hunters total damage? I have no idea about the pet dps differences, but a pet does upto 50% of the damage for a BM hunter. I was curious myself after reading your post and checked a couple of random worldoflogs (http://www.worldoflogs.com/rankings/players/US-EU/Siege_of_Orgrimmar/dps/). (select a fight, then rankings for bm hunters and click the respective fights).

If you add a lock you get a battlerez, I find it invaluable.

interesting, I am always checking my recount and it just shows 10%, but maybe recount is messed up or I am not looking at it right.
