Choppy mouse camera control on WoW

Hello, I was hoping someone could help me fix this problem. I have ISBoxer setup but whenever I try to control the camera angle with my mouse the framerate gets very very choppy. I've run the game with DX9 and DX11, limited framerates/unlimited framerates and not sure what else to do...It's very hard to play like this and would appreciate some help. Lax and MiRai couldn't figure it out in the chat room but maybe someone else had the same problem?.. Thanks!
