It's that time of the year again when we can expect lots of sales on all of the games we love to multibox. In the years prior we've had just a major sale thread for World of Warcraft, but I figured this year there must be more deals on other games that we all multibox. So, feel free to post any sales pertaining to any game that we typically multibox whether it deals with in-game services/goods or physical retail copies of the game.

I'll continue to update this post more information begins flowing in.

I think those are codes for the base copy of the game and not time cards. That is the picture used on the new boxed version of the game since Cata was added to it.

I don't think so. They specifically show the (older) battle chest in the bottom left and the time card in question has a hole punched at the top of it to show that it sits on a metal bar (whatever the technical term for it is) at the store on a rack/shelf.

The text below it also states:

Digital code with Purchase of Starcraft II Heart of the Storm (typo?), Wings of Liberty, or World of Warcraft Mists of Pandaria

I'm only going off of the 60-day time card assumption because it was mentioned on another forum, but I have yet to find a clear image of the sales paper. It could also be some sort of pet or something because it also comes with a purchase of SC2, but I don't know what digital could could be useful for both games. /shrug

They have had a little stand thing at Gamestop for a while that sells digital codes for the game and some other stuff like character transfers and what not that come on cards like you see at a gift card section. Since it's the same pic that comes on the new battle chest I figured it was the new version of the base game card you get for free.

Also I figured giving 60 day wow time cards with StarCraft 2 purchases wouldn't make much sense as people might get the game that don't play WoW and have no use for the time. If it does end up being time cards I'll probably buy 6 copies of MoP and just stash them away until WoD comes out and use them then.

No, you're absolutely right. I haven't set foot in a GameStop in well over a year, so I had no idea that they sold the Battle Chest in the form of a time-card-looking-thing like that.

So, if that's the case then if you purchase MoP it looks that you get a free Battle Chest -- Which sounds good either way.

I don't know why I feel interested :) I just started and quit wow all over again within about a week of playing.

Just wondered what the new RAF bonuses were..?

when I think about it - I have an account with 8 wow's attached, 94? heirlooms, bunch of pets and mounts - achievements from the old days... and if I RAF I would basically be starting again, not such a bad thing..

I'm in UK too - so no offer yet on the store..

According to a redditor, it will be live online at midnight (http://www.reddit.com/r/wow/comments/1qprd0/a_quick_tip_about_the_gamestop_black_friday_deals/).

I called my local gamestop, and they said that the Black Friday deals should be live online at midnight as well as in store, so that way we don't have to sit in line for those SWEET deals.Deals include:

5 dollars for a 2 months WoW card
10 dollars for mists (include FREE 2 month card)
5 dollar battle chest

I think $5 for a 60-day time card is a little too good to be true, but you had better believe I'll be staying up late Thursday night regardless of how much turkey I consume to see. This also means that we've got some sort of confirmation (http://blackfriday.com/stores/gamestop/flyers/black-friday/page-7) that it's a time card, but it still doesn't make 100% sense that it's being given away with SC2 and GameStop is the only place offering this deal.

We only have to wait one two more weeks to find out.

its the new box off battlechest its showed on the EU wow site when you buy the game. https://eu.battle.net/shop/en/product/world-of-warcraft just you don't get a chest anymore just a card.............

You can finally see the $19.99 on the item to the right of MoP, and to me that would confirm that it is indeed a free Battlechest with the purchase of MoP or SC2.

OMG I would love a char transfer sale. Even if it was just a little bit, it would help. As fast as I can level new teams with RAF, it's the professions and the achievements that you truely leave behind...

So I already have 8 frozen accounts on one battle.net id .. 94 heirlooms scattered across them

I've never used RAF before, not sure exactly how best to do this - and whether I will need to say good bye to my heirlooms for now.... or what would you do?

So if I wanted 5 new accounts with RAF, under the same battle net - maybe I'll start a complete fresh! how best to do it?

Account 1 A - > Account 2 A
A2 -> B2
A2 -> C2
B2 -> D2
C2 -> E2

? so that I could level them in groups of fives..

Do I just send invite to myself then buy another.. and repeat?

Edit: They also have the same $5 wow deal as blizz and game stop, so if the game stop free digital code is bust, at least this deal makes it a bit cheaper overall.
Hmm... seems to be limited to 3 copies per customer. No idea if they'll "catch" you if you place a second order.

And just a heads up to everyone who doesn't have Prime, they do end up charging S&H which makes it still cost $10 per copy.

Just bought 4 Mists boxes for $10 each @ Gamestop and they come with a free digital copy of the battlechest, not the box. I guess that means a free month each too, I hope. Not worth getting out of bed for early, but I have to go to work now anyways.

Wish the gamecards were $5 though.

me too.. i think they did a 50% off last xmas time or so. i would like to merge my two bnets into one ( for the upcoming bnet account wide goodness...like BoAs and such ) And i only plan to play 5 accounts from now on
