IWT and hunters.

Are focusing crystals still the only way to get facing to work, or is there some gear swap/special onuse item that works?

I haven't played in a while, but IWT did not turn Hunters previously.
They would fire, if the target was within a certain arc... maybe 45 degrees each way of their facing.
