Just bought this game the other day. Want to play it, but can't seem to get the patch downloaded. It will download to about a gig then throw an error message.
Anyone else have this trouble? I Unchecked the read only on the boot and launcher files. Also disabled the firewall/antivirus and ran as administrator

I would probably start by Googling the error message to see what solutions are out there.

Yeah I did that. I guess I will try to clean install again. You still boxing it?

I ran into an issue where I didn't have 22gb on my C: drive, i was trying to install it on my F: Drive and it was popping up with an error. Cleared some space and then it installed with no issue.

Not since it was free to do so during beta.

Do you think installing it on my SSD might be the issue then? Ill try installing on my C drive.

Perhaps, but none of my games are installed on my system drive. The only game I've recently encountered within the last few years that required that was the Korean version of Blade and Soul (refused to work if I installed it anywhere else).
You still haven't stated what the error actually is that you're getting.

Have reached my 20 gig data limit for the month. Gotta wait till the first to try again. It was a failed to download patch error. It would download to about 200mb then fall off to .01 kbs sit there for a while and quit.
I was debating on trying to torrent the patches, I just haven't found any.
