They removed /Follow from Battlegrounds, which includes Rated Battlegrounds.
It still works in Arena and World PvP, if you're into either of those.

Similarly, Rift removed follow from their Warfronts.

Multiple person mounts are an option, in Warcraft.
Assuming your team is small enough that everyone can get on the same mount.

You can use Interact With Target.

A Druid on your team, in Travel Form and with a minor glyph (so their Travel Form is a player mountable Stag) is a valid IWT target.
So if you lead with a Druid, your team can follow you while in Travel Form... which is something.

You can also IWT your melee toons, against an opposing player or NPC.

Unfortunately, you cannot Travel Form indoors.
And cannot use mounts (multiple person, being the key) while indoors either.

I know they removed it but this was a screen shot of someone who claims to be boxing in bg and again claims there is a secret way to get them to follow each other. I know you can use IWT but his screen shot shows them all lined up like when follow was on. so is there a secret way or is he using a hack or a bot or something else.

WSG is small, so if you stay in the middle (judging by the kills, score, flag returns, and the location of the screenshot - the hunter probably did) you can just interact with target to any enemy carrying a flag and you'll slaughter them (with 5x hunters).

A hunters, which, when I played them, IWT a bit differently, they don't run all the way up to it, just within shot range - at least when IWT with an enemy.

No, there is no "secret way." If someone claims to have a "secret way" 10 to 1 it's something that violates WoW's rules. People with legit means of doing things don't wring their hands and cackle about mysterious forces at work.

How the chars are stacked up I say 3rd part software if it, far as I seen no one been banned for using it and have seen a few in bg's using it and have /w them that's said there using it. Talked to blizzard about it and there is some one in control of the chars at all time its not breaking the rules. But anything can change at time I would not do it to my accounts. Am happy and doing bg's without follow makes me feel why we ever needed.

Hello, I'm the multiboxer in this picture... My team:

Scoobý
Shaggý
Freddý
Dáphné
Velmá

Guild name:

Mystery Inc

Now that were off the World of Wacraft forums, I can tell you.

In-fact before I tell you, I'll say this: Blizzard removed follow to get rid of the 0.000001% of follow bots supposedly, BULLSHIT... They removed follow to get rid of multiboxers... How dare they? Without warning as well! So... I'm using follow bot, Ironic eh? (Clearly showing that follow bots still work).

I use a bot that basically just clicks on the ground where the leader is, and keeps a X yds distance, I set mine to 3.

I'm using <redacted> with the <redacted>.

I trust that all you will see it my way... It was wrong of Blizzard to remove follow from the battlegrounds because of bots.

Wait so Blizz do something you don't like so you take up botting.?

Good job Blizzard don't read these forums and so have no way of finding your char names and guild name and what bot you're using!

/doh

You're now just a botter and deserve the ban-hammer when it hits you!
You bring shame on the MB community :(

'cos it's Blizzards game, so it's their rules!

Other MBers took a stand and quit WoW, showing their dislike of Blizzard's change with their wallets.
You've chosen to break the EULA and use automation.
Worse, you're mixing botting with MBing, blurring the lines between the two once people see this sort of thing!

/sigh

I'm not the type of person who just quits...

Agreed, I didn't consider that people who multibox and don't cheat might be considered cheaters because I do.

Then again, there are so many multiboxers on botting forums.

Let's be fair about this... All I'm doing is replacing follow.

I should have just lied and said I was using interact with target with my companion pet (which is possible by the way).

You admit to botting on a multiboxing forum and now your crying about it because someone is spamming you.

It is mind-blowing that someone would come to this forum, admit to botting, try to justify it, and then expect people to agree with and/or defend their reasoning.

Well, I think we got our answer to the original question, and remember kids, botting is against the rules, mmmkay?

I'm also going to need you to come in next Saturday. ;)
