Hi all! I'm stuck and if anyone can help me, it would be much appreciated.

For my shammy 3 boxing team, I had setup the following macro, which works great for 2 of my toons, but for the remaining box it just wont work. I've tried to copy and paste the code directly from the working boxes to the nonworking one, to no avail.

What happens for all 3, the lightning bolt, chain heal, and lesser healing portion works fine. no problems. but for the healing wave (mod: ctrl) portion, only 2 of the boxes will work. When i hold down control and push the key, the nonworking box just doesnt do anything. no error message, nothing. but i do see that with the #showtooltip that the nonworking box does recognize that control is being pushed, as it shows the healing wave icon; but it just wont cast. any thoughts on why this might be?

I am using trinity bars if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance to all who helps; have a great day! :)

#showtooltip
/cast [target=focus, nodead, harm] lightning bolt
/cast [target=focus, noharm, nodead, modifier:ctrl] healing wave
/cast [target=focus, noharm, nodead, modifier:alt] chain heal
/cast [target=focus, noharm, nodead] lesser healing wave

Maybe the ctrl-{key} is mapped specifically to something. I've run into this so many times until I re-figure it out. Try mapping that control-key to another spell then clearing that mapping, works great in bongos. I'm trying Trinity on my lowbie tankadin and I like the expanded macro space it has but had to put a dummy macro in place for dummy bindings, it would reset the bindings if I mapped them to blank boxes.

Maybe not the Ctrl key itself being mapped, but the ctrl+<whatever button you're for this macro>. For example Ctrl-1 to Ctrl-10 are bound to pet commands by default I beleive.

Hope this helps...
