Macro help please

ON Macros, how is everyone making long macros past the 255/255 chars in the macro section of WoW? Im trying to copy and paste these long Macros but it says I run out of chars letters to use. Is there an Add-on i need to get? If so can you please tell me what it is. Thank you

I'd assume most of them should still work. You can also add Ion (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info10636-Ion.html) to the list as well.
