80-85: Quest, Instance Grind or What

So its been a while since I ground out 80-85. Anyone know what is the best way for 5 tankadins to grind up? I have been running instances in the old Wrath content, but if I recall the Cata instances weren't nearly as boxer friendly. I have been taking my time since coming back but the tankadins (3 x 79, 2 x 78) are marching through instances and my team of monks is right behind them (5 x 50+). Back in the day I would probably PVP and quest grind, is that still the best way?

av just done 80-85 in like 8 hours even maybe a little less all mob pickup quests shard loot now (was changed) i only needed to do all off 1st zone a Little off Deephome, by the time i got to the last zone i was 75% into the level just opening the zone up (kings quests) did the arena quests and i was 85..... was very very easy loved it

85+ is about 4 hours questing.

What do you mean 85+ is 4 hours of questing? You mean just level 85 to 86?

Well I guess I am off to Hyjal then. I also heard at 85 head to Dooker Dome and just grind it out on those mobs. I just hope my 80 tankadins can bring the heat. With only a 2 step I think I am close to pulling down around 2.5 - 3K DPS with no effort or CDs. Uggh... see you all in a few hours I gues.

sorry its 4 hours each level from 85-90

85-86 i did in 4 hours.

Part way through Hyjal. Wow XPs are so much quicker than it used to be, unfortunately I have started retiring BOA gear as I hit 80 and had to ditch 2 pieces of it. Course having a 90 hunter kill your group for no reason is a bummer, but meh... I just log over and do something else until they get bored. Funny thing is is as a multi-boxer I hardly ever mess with a solo toon out questing, now if I get attacked I will bring the heat back but I generally let my fellow levelers alone.
