Would any of you like to write a little review of how it is to multibox FFXIV for our front page article? Is it easy or difficult to multibox? Any tips/tricks? Recommendations for people brand new to the game? That sort of thing. If no one wants to undertake this task, then at least reply with your opinions on multiboxing the game, and I'll highlight some things on the front page. :)

I'm a causual so my review is far from complete. (And sorry if my english is bad btw).
I'm about to get level 30 with a mixed team (1 gladiator, 2 thaumaturge and an arcanist -as healer, i plan to do a scholar-)
The game is interesting so far, it can be a little cpu heavy.
I did the 4 first instances and the first primordial.
I find instances are really challenging so far (i mean, i read some boxers tells there were easy, but every times i struggled to finish them).
For some quest on the story line, you have to disband and do them character by character, but i don't think it's a real problem. Remember on Wow all the quests you had to grab some items for each characters ? (Specially prior than MOP). All others quests are doable whith a group.
A small problem can arise with missions that you get with mandate. Every 12 hours, you get one mandate that you can exchange to a daily quest. They are doable as group but the problem is that you don't always get the same "daily quests pool" for each characters.
I did a little mining too. Multiboxing is not overkill for mining but it's definitivly better than wow for exemple.
Each char as his own nodes, sometimes when you target a node and interact, two, three or all (if you are lucky) of your char get the same. If not, they own node is close by.
I don't know yet if there is any profit to make from mining/herborist but if so, that's interesting.

Fishing was also very easy to box all 4 at once, and you dont need to go searching for water. Could be very profitable if you get high enough, and the demand for fish is high.

Single-boxing this at the moment and it's really really good so far (tank lvl 15, and busy exploring 9 different professions before I commit). Looks fantastic, music is great, storytelling alone is keeping me playing, which is rare. No restrictions on proffs, battle dynamics are what you'd expect from this genre, but with a twist. small to no queues, only kicked me out once in 20 hours or so, but I can imagine this is heavy on the GPU. Most importantly, there's something intangible about it. Only my second MMO and I'm glad I was this choosy!

I'm dabbling in boxing, but still mostly soloing still..and loving it! I need some upgrades to play at the comfort level im used to, before i fully commit to boxing. I will take it slow until then and just max out my main toon with all trade/field crafts. ( also a tank..warrior job ). Lets hope for some fun PvP ( yet to be implemented ) so some of you PvP types will come enjoy this fantastic game! 8)
