Grantable levels and other RAF stuff

I set up a team of five, with account A inviting B, B inviting C, C inviting D and D inviting E.

Now obviously this means that accounts B,C,D and E will earn grantable levels, which they can apply to accounts A,B,C,D in that order.

Do characters on accounts B,C and D that are leveled with granted levels also earn grantable levels? I could test it, but I'm away from home and the thought struck me.

In either case, the bummer is that nobody will be able to grant levels to E, but I don't think there's any way to set up the accounts where that won't happen (?).

In a similar vein, has the cutoff-date for the Scroll of Resurrection ever moved? It used to be 3 months inactive, iirc, but it's now an arbitrary date in 2012 that matters, meaning it can never happen for new accounts. But I was wondering if that's the same date it's always had, or if they periodically move it ?

Yes. For every 2 levels gained, they can grant a level. Doesn't matter how the level was gained.

No, there's no way for E to get granted levels unless it recruits an account.

It is still the same date that it's been since they revamped it.

Thanks for the answers Khatovar, good news about granted levels also earning grantable levels - it does mean my accounts will get "out of sync" a little (even more than with one account losing out on them, anyway), but still - free levels are free levels. Presumably it'll cascade then, so:

40 levels earned by E when granted to D gives D 20 levels to grant to C, which gives C 10 levels to grant to B which gives B 5 levels to grant to A... etc. Of course there's only so far "up the chain" you can go, but I still think I'll have a play with a spreadsheet and see what I can do with that, seeing as my RAF runs out in about a month.

Too bad about the scroll, but I guess with the free 80, realm move and all that they don't want it to be too easy. No point in trying to plan for it anyway, if they haven't moved the date until now. They might eventually, of course, but with no data it seems pointless to try and guess it.
