Hey guys, been quite a while since I've posted on here! Took a break from WoW not long after Cataclysm release, and I just bought 5x copies of Pandaria and reactivated a couple weeks ago! It has been very nice being back, and aside from the new zones being a bit taxing on my computer, I'm really enjoying playing again. I am using my same team from the Cataclysm days, Blood DK, Holy Paladin, Arcane Mage and 2x Elemental Shaman. I got the team up to 90 through quests and instances and I've already started working on Heroics. I am very pleased to see that Heroics are not on the same difficulty level that they were in Cataclysm, but they're also not as easy as Lich King. So I have a few questions for you guys now that I've been back for a while:

First, is there any good and efficient way to earn money in-game? I've mostly been going back to the well that is Pit of Saron. Clearing all the trash mobs in a couple minutes, AoE loot, exit, reset, repeat. Only problem is, I'm locked out after I do it 5 times, which takes about 15-20 minutes. So are there any new ways that us boxers can farm gold?

Second, I'm using the macros from the MoP Macro library in these forums, and my Arcane Mage is running out of mana VERY quickly. He puts out great DPS, but goes OOM after just a minute or so of combat, which sucks because boss fights tend to last quite a while. Is this just a gear issue, or are there any suggestions on mana-preserving macros? His average item level right now is about 440.

Third, I heard about the PvP auto-follow nerf that hit a few months ago. Are they still keeping with this, or did they revert the change?

Last (for now), are there any multiboxing group compositions that are THE way to go right now? I know back in the Lich King days it was Prot Pally and 4x Elemental Shaman, which is what I started at, but things changed over time. Just curious if there is a specific team composition that is better than the others right now.

Well I am very happy to be back and am looking forward to making many new posts on here in the coming months!

I can't help you with your questions -- I'm still struggling through the early 80s, but maybe you can help me with mine.

How are you configuring the mage dps rotation? Do you have multiple steps, or do you have all of the macros fired off on the same step?

Also, your ele shamans. Same question. How have you split out the macros from the Mop Macro library? Which ones do you use on the pull, which ones for dps rotation? How many steps?

My current team is a pally tank, resto druid, combat rogue, arcane mage and ele shaman. The mage and the tank do most of the dps. I'd like to get more dps from the ele shaman.

I have a lvl 90 frost DK that I swap in for the rogue in the rough spots if I need boosting (like Corla in Blackrock Caverns.) This team is out of rest-time so I'll be starting the other team tonight (I leveled 11 toons from 1-80 in the last few weeks.) The new team will be monk tank, disc priest, surv hunter, dest lock and a fury warrior.

I can't answer all your questions, but I can weigh in a bit.

Money was really kind of insane with MoP. I was making a lot of money off fishing at the start, but it is pretty late in the expansion to be making much off farmed mats. There's a patch coming up, so you can probably make some money putting up gems, enchants and the like. Then again, if you're on a realm that's going to become a "connected realm" your AH might end up too unstable for that.

There was some good money to be made off quests and dailies. Dalies alone could eat up your whole day if you let them. You could also check to see if the pets from the Argent Tournament are selling on your server since you can rack up tokens really fast as a multiboxer.

There is still no follow in BGs.

I don't think there is an ultimate team for MoP heroics. I was able to do everything as mixed melee without too many headaches and ranged have always been easier than melee.

How do you multibox the jousting?

How do you multibox the jousting?

The daily jousting I just did one at a time, it didn't take that long. The one in Trial of the Champion I just had a key that assisted and toggled through the Shield Breaker/Charge/Thrust skills {I did shields separately}, turned on Jamba Follow Strobing and spammed away while weaving in and out of the champions.

If you have an ele shaman at 90 you can actually solo the jousting event, made a video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ilGTm-35mM4)about how to kite the bosses at the start of cata. So you could leave your alts afk in the middle and just kite around on 1 shaman if you want to farm the pets. And pretty sure you could do this as well with a blood dk or a mage (blink/blazing speed).

I'm getting a lot of gold just from doing the level 90 quests and LFR. Also consider doing the barrens quest where you have to kill 600 mobs each week, the gold and drops are pretty good, and at the end of it you get a piece of 489.

I was under the impression that Guild Challenges paid 250 gold each once your guild reached level 16 (Cash Flow II perk) - but it appears I'm wrong (my multiboxing guild recently reached level 16). Is this at guild level 25 then, or is there some other requirement?

Yes, 250g per challenge after guild reached lvl 25.

How do you multibox the jousting?

Its been a long time since I was doing those dailies (when it was content), But I can confirm that it is possible to multibox them. Unfortunately, I don't remember exactly how I was doing it. I know that some follow and assist commands will work.

I db the AT dailies sometimes, I just leave one toon on the horse and the other toon just nukes the enemy jouster down in about 2 seconds. Unfortunately you don't get group credit for them.

if your realm is dead then farm zandalari warbringer, the blue bags they drop are just insane, either a big bunch of crafting materials (including sha crystals and other quality stuff) or two boe epics for lvl 85-87 (ilvl 420/440) which can be sold for 500+ gold depends on server economy, 5% drop chance on one of three different coloured well designed ground mounts

just recently I geared up my mainshaman team and farmed those spots because my realm is pretty dead and I could farm them all night beeing the only one doing so, did them with quad enh shamans without the healing storm glyph and with full pvp gear/2 cata items

npc link: http://www.wowhead.com/npc=69769/zandalari-warbringer

otherwise get your own guild to level 25 invite a lot of people and collect money

great tip Krusch. I have been hitting these up lately as well.

used them to grind a friend to 90 lately, its not as fast as dooker dome but 400k per kill and there's always a another rare small version of this boss nearby also giving 350k ep non rested, once they have respawn cd (45-60 minutes) we did 10 minutes dooker dome farming, pretty decent and lots of loot ofc, two seat mount is recommended ;)

Hi Kruschpak, What kind of gear do you recommend to take them down? 3 man, lets say.

warlocks and bloodks can solo them afaik, I've seen a fire mage in full hc pve gear killing them faster than my quad box team does (until I killed him and stole the kill ;D)

a 3 hybrid team should have decent gear lets say ~490+, its much easier with a tank and/or heal though

the mechanics of those mobs is pretty simple, kite him away from the spirit, dodge the ground slam, aoe the scarabs and prey for the meteors to miss you ;)

(until I killed him and stole the kill ;D)

;)

I did this to a guy killing the rare that has the 500 stat flask. PvP realms rock sometimes.

I'm also farming the other raremobs, http://www.wowhead.com/item=86567/yaungol-wind-chime multiboxed is so much fun especially together with goblin glider, charge+aoe knockdown is what shammys need!
