Graphics card to run 11 accounts...?

Hey guys,

Just resubbed my final 4 accounts and when I login all 11 I get less than 10fps :(.

With an i7 920 and 24gb ram I think it's my old ati5770 that's causing the problem.

My question is would a ati7950 manage all 11 across 3 monitors or should I save for the 7970?

You may be able to use two cards. Have the new one control 2 screens and the old card 1.

As far as Video cards are concerned, the first bottleneck you will probably reach with them is VRAM. For that number of accounts, I would suggest a card with at least 2GB of memory.

Yeah. Thinking of a 3gb 7950. Can't justify the extra £100+ for a 7970 when I plan on a complete new system round Christmas time...

I am pretty sure you can use the 7950 for 2 monitors and your old one for the 3rd.
