Octopus wowhook.dll failed - how i can broadcast my mouse? [DUALBOXNING]

Hello,

im new here and i started to dualbox today. all fine, i do it with octopus right now. i tried to find a thread with search funtion but i dont found one ^^

the only problem that i have is how i broadcast my mouse? for quests and for instance browser etc...

i want that my toon1 all click what i click in the mainwindow (!mouse position! and !mouse click! broadcast, for accept quests etc)

windowsettings are:

main 0,0,1080x950
toon1 1080,0,840x700

how i can fix this problem now?

There are only a few Octopus (or ex-Octoupus) users still around that would be able to help with this issue, so it might be a bit before you get an answer to this (just a heads up).

If WoWHook is failing, you probably need to run it as administrator.

I've actually been using Octopus for years now, but I do not use mouse broadcast. That said, mouse broadcast is not the right way to do this. Get Jamba and configure your quest behavior. Generally you just want to auto-share from master, auto-accept from group, auto complete, etc. Otherwise you will find the questing process to be extremely frustrating. Further, I keep a couple handy keybinds: 1 keybind is to assist master (it's a macro), the other is the interact with target.

This is how I did it as well. Looting, accepting quests, etc. though I did use mouse broadcasting to loot quest items that were on the ground (such as plants, chests, etc.).
