Formation widget and standard overlay - WoW

I am currently boxing WoW. For some reason my Formation widget has stopped working. Its red and visable but does nothing when i click on a formation.

Also - any way to get isboxer to remember to hide my standard overlay on all my toons? I have to manually go in a hide it every time I log in. i am sure there is a setting I am missing somewhere :(

You probably need to define your movement keys:
