which one is more friendly to box? as far follow assist etc. I think follow is much better in rift, Swtor has cut scenes, and less people playing.

Overall I find Rift more boxing friendly.
It is easier to get and running, especially with follow and assist using ISBoxer.
There is already videos and tons of information on getting started.
Rift also has pretty good macro support.
The game play feels pretty smooth. Very similar to WOW.
SWTOR I find fairly boxer friendly, but not nearly as easy to get up and running as Rift.
There are some quirks that SWTOR has, especially surrounding the Class Quests and instancing.
The game play just doesn't feel as smooth as Rift, with follow getting broken all the time for example.
I am currently boxing SWTOR again as I like the story and genre just a little bit more than fantasy right now.

Rift, SWTOR, EQ1 and EQ2 are all as easy as WOW to box. They are all a little different in game design so setting up for boxing can be a pain but once done they all run pretty smooth. Rift is 5 man groups, SWTOR is 4 man, EQ1 and EQ2 are 6 man groups.
EQ1 and EQ2 have mercs that you can hire that can fill in for group members. The mercs play as well as people, sometimes better. If you 3 box you can hire 3 mercs to fill a group to heal, tank, melee or spell damage.
A lot of Rifters are not boxer friendly, so expect some hate /tells from people calling you a bot and reporting you. Getting in on raids in Rift as a boxer is next to impossible. EQ1 and EQ2 people are pretty well accustomed to seeing boxers and are more welcomed to parties and raids. SWTOR is still 50/50 on boxing, but mostly people leave you alone.
I got reported by someone as a botter in EQ2 and a GM showed up to check me out. Complimented me on my setup and we chatted for about 30 minutes. Wanted to see my decorated house and gave me tips how to do cool stuff with decorating. Also gave me a few freebies :).
All these games are alot of fun to box. Your experience may vary compared to mine. So play what feels good to YOU :)

I'm happy more with Rift. Plus right has no restrictions about f2p, swtor has some. only level 8 in rift but pretty good to kill some time and get away from WoW ones in a while :D
