Master is receiving no loot

I set up my system yesterday (yep, complete noob) and things were working okay. Today I am out questing, and only one of my toons (the slave) is able to loot. Since both toons need quest items, this is a problem. :/

I am on a Mac (OS10.8.4) Using MultiLaunchBox and Jamba. I have tried changing the loot settings in Jamba, but frankly, I don't understand the "advanced loot" option at all. Any ideas for me?

Advanced loot (http://www.dual-boxing.com/threads/28573-Jamba-Getting-Started?p=265231&viewfull=1#post265231) is for assigning a specific type of loot to another toon on your team, meaning that no other team member will autoloot that item. Even then, it does not prevent you from looting said items manually. I can't think of anything in Jamba that would prevent you from looting.

Under Core: Team you should find the loot settings. Set it to free for all and push the settings.
