I don't doubt what the OP is saying because I think I listened to a sample of what, presumably, they're talking about. The other day I listened to a video blog of this woman who was talking about PvP in EVE and she briefly sidetracked to something that had recently happened in WoW involving a 40-man multiboxer (guess who).

A few weeks before that, we had 5-7 fights against them. I taped the part before Prepared muted his mic until we left:

I see that shakeboxing's stream is also shut down for "tos violations." I don't know how twitch handles complaints, but they seem to have a hair-trigger where bans are concerned.

I'm sure there are plenty of streamers who violate their TOS in one way or another, but because they can't watch everyone's stream at once they have to rely on reports. Once their team gets word of it and they review the content is probably when they take action against the account. From what I understand, anyone can just open up a new account after their original has been closed down, but don't quote me on that.
