What do you mean by "real time"? As far as I know, any program that can do mouse broadcasting does it "real time" in that you tell the program to send the mouse and it does.

no, for exapmle keyclone if you click with mouse on 1 window, it will alt tab all games and click it, in pwnboxer as far as i know you can "copy" mouse and it will split it into all games(you can move mouse real time and see how it moves) (no auto alt tab like in key clone) etc
i hope you get what i mean

It seems to me you already know what you are looking for, then. I'm not sure what else anyone can offer as I don't think there's any other software that gives a visual of the mouse on every screen. Apart from that, I think most mouse broadcasting works generally the same across most broadcasters, which is clicking each window in turn in rapid succession. ISBoxer might work differently, but I don't use it so I can't give details on it.
Perhaps if you give more information on what you're trying to do or why you are looking for something other than programs that you already know meet your requirements, I can be of more help.

Sounds accurate to me. ISBoxer does work differently and it's a pretty significant technical difference.
Most games "poll" the hardware cursor (e.g. using "GetCursorPos"), which there is only one of. It is impossible for this cursor to be in two places at once (e.g. over one game window AND another), so clicking can only be done in one window at a time by a standard mouse broadcaster.
ISBoxer on the other hand virtualizes the hardware cursor (and the input queue), so there is a cursor per game instance. Therefore, clicking can be done in all windows at the same time, and without activating each window first. The other solutions, by design, cannot do this.

Well you have it right, ISBoxer does it, but pwnboxer doesn't do it really well. There are bugs with it that won't get fixed (because that would involve recoding the whole sofware altogether.)
Other than that, I am unfamilliar with any software that does mouse broadcasting "real-time". Just get ISBoxer if you need it.

The "real time (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real-time_computing)" description is a problem for a lot of people, if you mean at the "same time", isboxer eval demo is for you, or one of the many videos that shows it.
The tutorial video with the boomkin druids in hellfire I think does a pretty good job. He uses for the ui and template channeled spells.

On my locks I just quickly swap windows and manually activate each rain of fire as it's no longer channeled.. I'm using keyclone without maximizer though so main window can be same as I would play solo - just windowed mode.
