EQNext and SOE Live

I have a hard time getting excited about any MMO in development now days, I've been let down so many times. Everquest was my first love ( as with many of us ) and EQ2 is my current game of choice. So like any good geek, i will be attending this years SOE Live in Las Vegas https://www.soe.com/soelive/, where they will be showcasing EQNext ( EQ3ish ). I'm trying not to get my hopes up this time, hehe. I will be there 4 days. The first MMO convention i ever went to was the first EQ fanfair ( now called SOE Live ). If anyone else is going, I have one room reserved at the host hotel ( Planet Hollywood ) and have paid for the all access pass 8)

Anyone else looking forward to EQnext? Or planning on attending SOElive?

I usually never get my hopes up for new games, it helps like the games a bit more when they turn out to be decent or OK to play. But EQ-Next is definitely something i am waiting for.

i wish i was going to SOE Live this year but i have already planned for PAX, i went to a few of the EQ Fanfests back in the wee college years many years ago.

It'd probably be easier to be a little excited about it if it wasn't called "EQ Next", honestly. There's some cool sounding things about the game at least.

Lol yea.. i'm hoping that is a "working" title.. i'm sure they will change it.. that is a lame.. or very lazy name lol.
