Has anyone tried with this game? I looked on here and on the isboxer forums and did not get any hits....

It looks as if they only just started open beta testing (yesterday?) in preparation for a June 4th launch. So it's probable that few people have played it at all, much less had a shot at multiboxing it.
I'm not sure yet if they will allow multiboxing. I have a support ticket in with Gazillion about their Terms of Service (https://marvelheroes.com/content/terms-of-service), since their "third party software" clause currently prohibits anyone at all from playing the game and isn't clear whether they intended to prohibit multiboxing or not.
I don't see any reason why ISBoxer shouldn't technically work with this game, if there's any bugs preventing that I'll go ahead and work on it... but we'll see if they make it a waste of my time or not
For the record here's the relevant part of the ToS that says that you, the very person reading this, is not allowed to play Marvel Heroes:
4.18 You may not create, post, use or distribute any utilities,
emulators or other third party software tools (including, without
limitation, macroing programs, botting programs, server emulators,
client hacks, map hacks, and data gathering utilities).
Yes, that says... "You may not... use... any utilities, emulators or other third party software tools". They describe several things that are not made by Gazillion in parentheses, but that doesn't matter because they very clearly stated the rule is that you can't use anything at all. I pointed out FRAPS, Mumble, Teamspeak, etc as examples of third party software that demonstrate the ridiculousness of the stated rule.
Anyway, no response yet.

Hey Lax, was wondering if you'd heard anything from Gaz yet?
Does ISBoxer have issues since the game only supports fullscreen non-windowed?

Its really more of a blanket statement that they can push whatever way they feel like depending on the circumstances. Kind of like every other MMO.

Is anyone in the open beta early access for this? I'm curious if its any good. The wolverine trailer left me a little underwhelmed.

That's what it's supposed to be, but the statement is not the same as every other MMO.
You may not create, post, use or distribute any utilities, emulators or other third party software tools.
How can you even play the game without using a "utility" or "other third party software tool"?
EVE Online's version:
"You will not attempt to decipher, hack into or interfere with any transmissions to or from the EVE Online servers, nor will you try to create or use any third party add-ons, extras or tools for the game."
WoW's version:
"C. use any unauthorized third-party software that intercepts, “mines,” or otherwise collects information from or through the Game or the Service, including without limitation any software that reads areas of RAM used by the Game to store information about a character or the game environment; provided, however, that Blizzard may, at its sole and absolute discretion, allow the use of certain third party user interfaces;"
RIFT's version:
"use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, modifications (mods) or any other unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Game experience;"
EQ2's version:
"you will not post or distribute any utilities, emulators or other software tools related to EverQuest II without the express written permission of Sony Online Entertainment."
These all specifically and helpfully limit the scope.
But, you know what if I dig through enough EULA's and Codes of Conduct I'm bound to find one...
LOTRO's version (http://archive.lotro.com/support/policies/1033-coc):
"18. You may not create, post, use or distribute any utilities, emulators or other third party software tools without the express written permission of Turbine (including, without limitation, macroing programs, botting programs, server emulators, client hacks, map hacks, and data gathering utilities)."
We have a winner. Looks like Gazillion Copy+Pasted Turbine's version or they got it from the same place, but the point stands: this clause is too broad to be legally binding, because we are all expected to be using a utility or third party software with the game. So it is still unclear whether or not multiboxing software is okay with Marvel Heroes. The TOS from LOTRO clearly indicates that it is not, however they have always allowed it.
Anyhow, the game does currently work with ISBoxer and I'm planning to do a video with it soon :)
