I am returning to wow after a break. For the past month of emailing solid ice I have had NO RESPONSE. I need to get my license re-activated at my new home adress. I have since changed email accounts and dont have access to the original account that keyclone is linked to.

I am usnsure as what to do moving forward, is my keyclone dead now? Should I move onto HNK or ISBOXER?

The contact page does list a phone number. Did you try that?

I haven't tried to contact via phone yet. As I am in Australia I will have to work out what time I have to call to speak with someone.
