Chances are, if Blizzard had wanted the name they would have trademarked it already... certainly long before anyone had received leaks of what they were planning.
It is likely a working title, until they're ready to release a bit of the game information.

I was under the impression that it was just being used as an internal codename this entire time. Assuming the latest leaked/rumored information is true:


The game has a name already that has been changed multiple times over the course of the development process. Unknown unfortunately.
