So I just finished my build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Pe6Y And it started fine a few times. Today I turn it on and I get 800x600 resolution. I check the device manager and it says "Windows has disable this device because it is reporting an error (code 43)."
I tried uninstalling, re-installing drivers. Restarts and shutdowns. Anyone have an idea of what I can try after that?

Test it in another machine (One that you know has no problems). If it doesn't work in another machine, then its RMA time.

Verify everything is up to date - drivers, OS, BIOS, etc. Test a different video card on the mobo. You could also try resetting the CMOS.

Ok got if fixed (for now). I reset bios back to normal clocks and then loaded the latest BIOS. Old bios was only one version behind, guess it really mattered!

I had a feeling it was your bios settings. Should've put money down. Anyway, glad you got it figured out, and don't have to replace anything.

Yeap, i was going to mention updating your BIOS, The Mobo can handle the Latest Graphics Card, just needs to be trained to, i had a similar issue with my mobo when trying to install a new CPU, wouldn't recognise the CPU at all (turned on, then off, continously), i updated the BIOS and presto, new CPU works like a charm....
im happy to hear your Card is working fine now, gl with it Multibocks

Same thing happened to me when I built my computer 2 years ago with a 550 gtx card. (since upgraded that) As far as I can remember, I just went to the Mobo site, downloaded everything the driver section had (the appropriate version ie: 64bit for me, 32bit for some) and installed away. Once I reset, the vid card drivers were next, restarted, and everything seemed to work fine. This included a CMOS update too to the latest version. Make sure you find out the proper way to update your CMOS, follow the instructions on the site.
