So I use ISBoxer And Inner space to Dual Box 2 WoW accounts. I figured most of it out. I got 2 priests to 80 which was really fun. Now I'm Working on 2 Death knights It is a little more difficult but with the in game assist target with auto move and auto attack it makes it easier. Tho sometimes the one I am not controlling will run off into oblivion for god knows why.
I guess my question is, Instead of having to hit (Control + [1-6]) and (Alt + [1-6]) and 1-9 keys to have them sent to the other window. Is there a way to just click on them and have them be sent to the other window?

It's typical behavior that everyone who uses Interact with Target deals with -- What you describe is not specific to ISBoxer only.

I don't have a step-by-step answer for you at the moment, but I can point you in the direction of what you need to become familiar with in ISBoxer in order to achieve that setup:
http://isboxer.com/wiki/Click_Bar
and/or...
http://isboxer.com/wiki/Repeater_Region (http://isboxer.com/wiki/Repeater_Region)
and/or...
http://isboxer.com/wiki/Video_FX (http://isboxer.com/wiki/Video_FX) (this is the least ideal method of accomplishing what you want, but since you're only playing two characters at the moment it's definitely possible to use VideoFX)
and after ISBoxer 41 is released (or you can join the beta test group (http://isboxer.com/wiki/ISBoxer_Beta))...
