current state of follow

I`ve been seeing that there are changes to follow? Before I get back into it, what are the limitations now? No follow in BG or no follow at all?

follow doesn't work in Bg anymore.

it still works in arena, open world and pve.

maybe it will be possible to use it in rated bg again.
