Hey guys, random question for all you hardware geeks.
I got an old AMD Athlon 64 3000+ CPU on a Socket 939 board. Currently the voltage for this cpu is 1.42V - 1.44V and I think the motherboard has beeped at a me a couple times recently as a warning about low voltage. I figure the MB is expecting the CPU to run at 1.5V and this value is getting a little low.
Is this natural for this chipset or should I be worried that my PSU is not supplying my processor with enough voltage?
