then try this one:
the avatar is between here [ http://solidice.com/bitmaps/avatar_blank.gif ] and here
right click the empty area and save-as the image. or just go to http://solidice.com/bitmaps/avatar_blank.gif

it's basically just a gif fill with the transparent color
