User control panel not saving time settings

Hi - I've tried to change my settings in UCP to be EST, but it keeps reverting back to GMT. Please note that I am trying to make these settings using Safari on a MacBook, which could be causing the issue.

Bump - not saving settings on a PC, either.

Mine won't save on EST either. If its not too much trouble can you fix mine as well? If not, well four years of GMT hasn't hurt me.
