Alright, so I have a couple questions that I hope can be answered. Let me start off by saying, I understand majority of how to box, and my questions aren't in the technical field. More of... efficiency. Now then:

I've seen different "techniques/paths/ways" of leveling with boxing.

The two most common would be:

1.) have a level 90 on your MAIN account, and a level 15 (just an example) on the RAF/ secondary account and run duo dungeons. I think this is refered to as "Booster?"

2.) Just normal same-level leveling. Box two accounts at a time, and just do quests/dungeons/whatever.

Out of the two listed (Or any that I've not included) which would be the best way ( In regard to leveling the fastest) to level?

If you need more background to answer, heres the situation I'm in:

I've got my main account. Only two toons - a level 90 Priest (Shadow/Disc, if it matters), and a level 60 blood Death Knight.

On my main account, I have just about every BoA set, give or take a piece from each one.

On RAF account ( The NEW account), I have nothing. (except for the basic gold/bags/ect.) No BoA, whatsoever.

I haven't bought my RAF account yet, because I want to figure out which "technique" is best for leveling, so that I don't waste a week's time trying to figure it out. Any post/tips/thoughts are greatly appreciated!

Using a high level to level a low level toon is boosting, yes.

I think the general consensus is that boosting is the fastest way to level, but if you're just starting out and learning the ropes, you'll probably want to quest 2 of the same level for at least a little while to work the kinks out of your initial setup. The more new accounts you are leveling at once, the more appealing boosting is as it means longer questing times once you get into the ground-spawn collections where everyone needs to collect their own items. Though I thought I read something about that changing with the upcomming patch.

The high-level that you are using to boost with is also something to consider. I don't know how good priests are for boosting, but any toon that can at least semi-tank and AOE lots of mobs is always preffered for faster killing and less downtime.

If your accounts are under the same BattleNet then you can mail the BOAs to the new account.

Only other suggestions offhand are to read the newbie's guides and download and set up Jamba. Jamba is probably one of the most critical addons you can use for multiboxing.

You probably won't get much use out of the macros in the MoP Macro Library, but reading up on the macro setup sections will be useful.

Thanks! I read most, if not all, of the stickied guides, but they were all technical-ish related. All of 'em are about how to set up the addons, macros, ect, and none of them were for actual leveling. Is there a guide somewhere that'll describe a good route for boosting?

Also, just to make sure I'm reading this right... if I connected the RAF to the same B.net account as my main account, I can mail over the BoAs?

Found a boosting guide afterall! Thanks again for the reply!

Yes, if your accoutns are on the same BattleNet, you can mail BOAs to them

"1.) have a level 90 on your MAIN account, and a level 15 (just an example) on the RAF/ secondary account and run duo dungeons. I think this is refered to as "Booster?""

This won't actually let you use your RAF triple levelling xp. In order to get RAF xp bonuses you have to be using two linked toons within four levels of each other.

So I would need a total of 3 accounts? How would I set up the RAF, then?

A > B
A > C

or

A > B > C

Ontop of that, if I was to just keep it between a new account and my main, and both were the same level rushing through dungeons, would it be just as fast?

Not "just as fast" as boosting the characters with a level 90 but with LFD (presuming one of the accounts was a healer or a tank for fast queues)... still pretty damn fast. I also am a big believer in levelling through legitimately doing the dungeons because I find boosting to be deadly dull.
