Shaman question, Spec, AOE stun problems

This is for PvP, I realy would like to improve, I went through spec, enchants, etc... questions as follows:

1) as far to spec ele shaman, would you go all same spec? or mix them up.
2) enchant gear, pvp power or pvp resilience ?
3) Is there any addon, to mark the healers, (healersmust die?)addon?

How do you get away from AOE stuns? I really need the trinket- that 5 sec stun can be a mess. (fear? not a problem, swaping screen, tremor totem) and how do you target players? I always use TAB, to pickup new target- quick, but sometimes i pick on hunter or lock pet, which is bad. do you mouse click the target?

I think There is no answer or nothing you can do, when few players drop on top of you and AOE stun you, and keep stuning the guy you casting with.

I can go agaist 5-8 players, no problem but ones they are coordinated, I think nothing I can do, casting time on shamans are the worst. But new patch should be good!

"Healers have to die" and "Battle Ground Targets" work well for finding healers and also falling in on the focused target pain train. BGT has the ability to right click on the box of the other teams names to focus them and or left click to target so best way to get focused. You can also set it up to display by range so it will highlight what is near you for killing, also displays health and if they are alive or dead (shades it out if they are dead or shows how much health by a slider bad).

AOE you have to live through it. What can you do to toughen up. The stoneskin bulwark totem, pop pets/1-2 elemental, or pre-emtively drop some healing rain or some heal stream totems to help you live through the initial CC spam.

If you are elemental it is harder due to having to hard cast. You probably should try to spread out a bit and have an IWT with a step back to turn towards the target with out really moving. Just some ideas.

As for enchant I normally do the 200 resil to chests, match slots for PVP resil bonus maybe. There are some more experienced PVPers that will chime as I normally solo-box Pandaria PVP in RBGs.

"Healers have to die" is a must have i guess! So damn comfortable ...
I am not sure but maybe its inside the wow option ... somewhere you can deactivate that you won't get npcs or pets as target whenever you are using tab. If you can't find it let me know ... than it is a addon in my complication and i will search it for you.

I can't say to much about elemental shaman but looks nice what is coming with 5.2 :D

There is an addon called retabbinder (http://www.curse.com/addons/wow/retabbinder) which automatically sets your tab keybind to nearest enemy player whenever you enter a pvp zone, and switches it back to nearest enemy whenever you leave the pvp zone. It's one of the most convenient addons fpr me, as in pve you obviously want your tab set to nearest enemy, else you cant tab through mobs.

Are you kidding me? You are right, elemental shamans have been broken since LK, as in that they are absolute garbage in PvP and PvE. They are dead last on pretty much every number comparison for PVE damage wise with the exception of the firelands patch. For pvp they only were OK-ish after patch 4.2 in rbgs.

The dude in that movie is taking on some randoms in duels, that shows absolutely nothing about the state of ele. Yes ele gets a very nice defensive tool with shamanistic rage in 5.2 ... but saying they are OP and will get nerfed ... thats ridiculous, if anything ele shamans need damage output buffs for the next patch.

I did not say OP, i agree -also people always come up with this huge damage videos, probably hitting some fresh gear people.

YEAH, i'm super positive, IF you would take 10 ele shamans vs 10 demo locks. Pretty sure it would be game over for shamans, they should come up with one spell that does - insta cast - I cannot wait to level either my locks or druids. and see hows the damage output

Honestly I don't know enough about demo locks, but if you have 10 shamans, and have the 4p resto shaman pvp bonus (5s immunity for silences and kicks when you pop spiritwalkers grace), combined with the buffed lava beam (on every jump the damage increases), glyphed, and you gonna rape faces.

Good point, I have to spec my priest full holly, I really would like to work something out with shamans and improve because I put tons of time into my team. I'm not sure why I put priest in my group I wanted fear bubble and extra.buff

i didn't post the movie to show how op ele is or will be ... and yes random duels doesn't show it but i was really surprised how less he has to cast.
Maybe it's actually like this on the life server idk ... i didn't played shaman since early Cata ... but he did really well also against warriors and rogues ... looks nice!

Yes he did 1 vs 1 where he is able to straff and still get casts off. Thats works 1v1 but come time to box it is hard to get your minions to face the same way as you are kiting left and rights and spinning around to get LOS on the warrior while making some distance. Most ele's tend to turret which in Pandaria = Druids dropping big towers or AOE silence on your turret locations and then you are running out if you are lucky enough. If not I am sure a DK helped line up and AOE grab, into a column of silence, into a ring of frost with a frost bomb sitting on top of that as 3 DPS do the death dance and one-shot pop all CD macro's on the four - five elemental shammies that thought they were cool trying to box 5s.

But in that video he was pro on getting off the good stuff. Flashy... uggh.
