View Full Version : LF Server to re-roll 5box Team on

As my 5 shamans roll into the Outlands, leveling is going to slow down quite a bit. As a result, I'd love to take advantage of RestXP and maybe start another 5box team to play with.
I'm looking for a server with >1 multiboxer that isn't Mag (sorry guys, you're too full of multiboxers heh) that is interested in joint PVP and PVE ventures. I'll be rolling 1 priest 4 mages (no faction preference). I obviously read the Who&Where thread... but figured on listening to people that actually participate in the forums.

Mag is almost all Horde though(Though you rarely see them), come join me on Alliance ;) That or roll on Cairne/Horde with the rest of us Zerg offshoots; they haven't talked aton and there's maybe half a dozen of us at least(individual boxers, not total chars lol), more might've joined as I haven't had time to log on all this week, and there's a few alliance side too

Cairne you say? What is the servers age?

Semi-Brand New; maybe 2, 3 months old at the worst, there's plenty of chars at all lvs(up to and including 70), was a fair amount of people in the noob zones but nothing MAJOR over-crowded though since it's a little older than brand new. No transfers allowed till 6months after it's been opened so no worries about any super-high-geared chars yet ;p
Though one minor, possibly good, possibly bad depending on how you view it, note: It's a PVE server.

Yeah, I just saw that it was a PVE server. My shammies are already carebears. I think I want a PVP server.

you could always roll horde and join tichondrious ( pvp ). Its a west coast server. 3 multi boxers im aware of currently on server. my self ( 4x shamans), friend ( 4x shammans), and a 5x shaman team ( xoxoxoxoxo, they guy who does the lazer show for tips ;P )
apparently the server is "famous" for the pvp on it. The lag used to be horrible but its cleaned up alot ( i dont ever wait to play, used to tho). They recently had free transfers off of it.
On the Bloodlust battlegroup
send a message if you log in. yanamanna
Please join Blackrock Allince.
We offer alot. Not only are we BG9 (The best as some say) We are very popular(although there are rarely ever que times) I am currently the only MB'er on this server and would love some company. I have a guild (all RL freinds) that are 70 (two of them, both pallys, easy farming instances :) )
I would be glad to help at any time.

Edit: The server is PvP to. With plenty of world pvp. Don't worry about the 70's rolling in. Iv got the back ups :)

TMNT You're not the "only" boxer on the server...I have 3 hunters on blackrock(horde, though, and sort of taking a break from them) ;p

Cairne is PVE, and less than one month old, came online at the beginning of March. Tox, KS and myself are all active on there (seen all three of us on every day this week and last weekend), though I'll be out of town this weekend.

I'm on Cairne as Horde as well (current group is not in the Zerg - haven't decided if my buddy and I are going to just make our own or not for fun) and while it's cool being on a new server there are a couple of downsides:
1. The economy sucks.
2. Most of the population sucks. I've been followed, gotten a zillion tells of "wtf?" and "dude who's following you?" and more constantly every time I'm there. Sure, a lot of them are just curious but some are annoying. I've already had to /ignore a couple of folks. And if I had to guess I'd say that 90% of the people sending me tells are under 18. No offense to you under 18 folks but DAAAAY-EM, you can be annoying! :)
3. Large lowbie population - which makes certain quests more difficult since you're competing for spawns/collections/etc. This isn't insurmountable since most of them don't know what they're doing yet so if you know your quests you can still cruise through but it does slow things down at times.
There's a number of multiboxers there though so my guess is that it will become multiboxer friendly over time as people get used to it.
Lothar - PvE: Original release server. A lot of the people here have been playing a long time. Most people who comment on my toons know what I'm doing. Only one other multiboxer that I know of (few others running 2 characters though). Most of the people leveling have at least one 70 and won't give you a hard time. Would recommend it if you decide to go PvE, however unlikely that may be.
