trying to figure this out with out going bald

ok guys and gals Im hoping some one can help me here.

i have been using ISO Boxer to mainly just level toons though now I want to get into doing some what I consider serious multiboxing :P I have a Pally Shaman Monk warlock that I would like to all run my dailies on. though I cant seem to get them to all accept quests etc for mount up and fly etc, I am not sure how to setup healing with out switching windows.

I tried Jamba but could not get that working either, is there a some what easy way to set these toons up so I can go out and do all my dailies at half hill and the other dailies for panda? I just get tired of doing them one at a time at a time to the point im going to quit the game.
