Heya!
I'm a long-time WoW addict, I've been playing since release (although I've quit a couple times for upwards of 6 months) and I've been intrigued by the concept of multiboxing for some time now. So I decided to try it out! At the moment I can only afford a second account, so I'll be dual-boxing. However, I may very well expand to 5-boxing at a later date. ^^
The current plan is to level a druid and a rogue together on a Sargeras. The druid will probably level as feral for the stealth aspect, although I've noticed that melee classes aren't popular choices for multiboxing. Problem is, my holy paladin on Sargeras is boring me, so I need some melee to spice it up, and I can't transfer my PvE gnome rogue to PvP Horde. ;( So, a new rogue it is (I like rogues) and I've wanted a druid for a while too!
Plan is to use stuns to position the additional character (whoever happens to be following at the time) on the other side of the mob so that both can attack. If I write the macros right I should be able to get a good stun/ambush (or kitty ambush?) type routine. As for PvP, I'm not sure -- may have problems. Quite possible that I'll cross-account transfer the add character to my main account and cancel the 2nd account once they're 70 (until I can afford 5 accounts!).
Anyways, it's good to be here!
