Hi everyone I'm a new member but have been multiboxing and using a lot of suggestions from this forum for a little while. I've been really enjoying the youtube posts by 'Hyperunkown' doing 5x demo locks (all with glyph of apotheosis) or 5x locks and 2x druids (the world pvp ones are hillarious, if you haven't seen them check 'em out!).
Any ideas as to how viable lock tanking can be in instances? I understand that, even though they are not crit immune like real tanks, they do get some nice armor buffs. How successful do you think a 4x demo lock tank and one druid healer be for running current MoP 5 mans/heroics?
My other question is regarding casual BG PvP. Has anyone tried multiboxing locks in BGs post expansion? I would like to get an idea of how fun/practical it might be.
Thanks in advance

Lock tanking works fine, except its somewhat gear orientated (just like all the other tanking is) and your mechanics are somewhat more vulnerable to loss of control effects.
I don't see it being very boxer friendly, its a mechanic that is worse than rage to develop, but its pretty fun.

For PvP burst has always been king, depending on the talent layout. Locks go either DoTs or Burst, I would love for burst to work - they would be an extremely powerful combo at that point.

At 36th level, Destro locks get Havoc.
That causes their next three spells (or next Chaos Bolt) to deal equal damage to the Havoc target.
If you had four locks, each lands a Havoc on one target.
Then you attempt to Chaos Bolt that target.
That could be the damage of eight stronger spells, all at once; and since Chaos Bolt is always a critical strike, that could be pretty nice damage.
I also like Demo, because of the pets...
I like Wild Imps and Felguards.
You might not need Felhunters, if you have a Druid with you for heals.
Still, you could go with several pets, and hotkey abilities you like.
Metamorphosis with the Apothesis glyph could be nice.
Basically a tanking form, when you need one.
But you don't need to be in Demon Form the whole time.
500% AoE size (normal + 400% extra) could be a rather nice 90th talent...
Seed of Corruption, against stacked groups.
Immolation Aura and Hellfire and have the Felguards do their AoE axe thing, if you're swarmed...
