Nope, not yet but once I bump my rig to 32GB then I will be.

I got it working by using the All-In-One batch file manual method.

Basically install the ramdisk program, then edit the batch file for your settings. Then run the batch file to mount the ramdisk, then launch ISBoxer as normal.
