Anyone boxing "level 90" mages, single or multi ( PVE )

Looking for anyone that has a level 90 mage(s) in their group comp. Is arcane the main boxing spec? Has anyone had success with frost or fire spec?

I have level 87 arcane mages. It's not bad but I could never get the DPS where it needed to be so now they're bankers and mailbox dancers. This was when fire was stronger, and the fire DPS was okay but with multiple fire mages there is a huge amount of babysitting because of pyroblasts. Arcane was super easy to box. Never tried frost.

I have a group of five mages which just hit 90 a few days ago. I tried fire spec but went back to arcane, mainly cause I missed Arcane barrage. Really missed not having any long-range instant spell as fire.

I'm however using them mainly for PvP (usually in AV or IoC when these BGs are call to arms) and some lower level raiding. Did some dungeons before 80, but cata-dungeons (and mop-dungeons) became to hard for me without any healer. So I leveled 80-90 by doing quests and 40-man BGs.

I have a group with 3 mages, I have used every spec, and they are all boxable to an extent. Arcane is one of the easiest to setup and get reliable and repeatably good performance from. Frost is a riot to box in pvp, takes a bit to tweak a few spells, but since I only pvp as frost everything is pretty much handled manually. Mouse broadcasting is a must for frost, and I have successfully done well with both HKN and ISBoxer setups. As frost having the water elemental glyph helps quite a bit and keeps them from running off after someone. In pve frost has a couple spells that tend to pull a bit more than is manageable, if not properly reined in.

Fire was my worst performance, probably because I never put time in to getting them setup. It seems as though it could be good for pve with the right castsequences and proc management. I have no idea how well it would do in pvp, too many different things for me to wrap my head around in the middle of a fight and target dummies don't always translate well to legitimate pvp.

im fresh 90 with one of my mages..has the epic boots from sha quest turn in..chest..gloves i made..and the rest is quest greens and blues. I cant seem to get my arcane spec over 30k..but my frost spec is doing 32K+ using a 2 step .. step one spams this macro
