Yes.

Put the toons who will be receiving the round-robin instruction into their own Action Target Group (ATG).

You will want a mapped key.
With a hot key to activate it.
One step, with two actions.
a) Keystroke Action > Whatever Keybind > Your ATG {Check the box, Round-Robin within Target Group}.
b) Send Next Click Action > Your ATG {Check the box, Round-Robin within Target Group}.

Because it is the same ATG, and each time the mapped key is used it is advancing both uses of the Round-Robin by one step, they're going to stay in sync with each other.
