I messed up with RAF and my main account with my 90 and other high level alts are not connected to any of my RAF accounts.

however I did set up the chain correctly a > b > c > D > e > f

Bad news is now none of the raf accounts have high level toons. my question is if I take 4 of my raf'd accounts and group with my 90 to run an instance will they still get the bonus xp ? Or do all the accounts need to be RAF'd to make that work?

My next question is what is the best way to boost levels using my set up? Should i Just level the 5 together normally and save all my boosted levels for my next team?

yes, you can take a non linked level 90 to boost your linked accounts. I normally take 2 sets of RAF to boost, Current A to RAF A and Current B to RAF B, this gets me two characters to 80 on existing accounts and 2 on the throw away RAF accounts. I would think the exact same would work for A > B > C > D > E > F linking.

You can bring an unrelated toon in there and boost. The only requirement to getting the RAF boost is them having their buddy next to them. They could also have a giant pink chicken but it wouldn't matter - all they care about is their RAF buddy.

I'm sure there is a RAF FAQ out there but I haven't used the system in years. Typically the best way is to save the level boosts for the more difficult levels, usually the higher levels. In other words, don't wait level grants on 1-10 when those could have been used for 75-85.

You need two toons to be in the group, whose accounts are directly RAF linked.
The toons need to be 79th or lower, and within +/- four levels of each other.
They need to be within a certain proximity of each other.
And the quest completed, or mobs killed, cannot be grey to either of them.

If your chain is A > B > C > D > E > F
That is six accounts.
You cannot have more than five in a party at once.

If you want A to get RAF, B needs to be in the party; if you want F to get RAF, E needs to be in the party.
Aside from those restrictions, pick four accounts ABCD or BCDE or CDEF, and go with a booster (linked or not).

If your RAF is new, call billing to change your chain:
A > B > C
A > D > E
With a booster on A, and four linked accounts.
BC and DE are both valid RAF chains, and A gets a lot of granted levels so doesn't lose out from always using a booster character.
