5x paladin (4ret + 1 tank)

the self heals and aoe heals from ret is enought to do instances alone? i dont played pandaria yet becouse i stop wow 6 months ago :P and now coming back with 5 account to see if fun come back lol

I am leveling 5 paladins right now. They are only level 50 and I am playing them all as prot. I do have a 90 paladin and I am thinking there will be plenty of heals to do everything even heroics.

Right now, the main reason I am running them as prot, is nothing lives long enough to generate 3 holy power. Groups just evaporate with 5x avenger shield. Seal of insight, battle healer, and sacred shield is more than enough right now. 1hp word of glory gets used on the main tank and its 80% overhealing for everyone. Though I did just pick up the talent that makes Judgement grant a point of holy power so I may start using SotR on the dps, or switch to Ret now that there is decent HP generation.

At 90, I feel if you go with Holy Prism and stagger the macro so they don't all go off at once, there will be enough heals to do heroics. You might need to set up one button for a quick heal on some bosses, but there will be plenty of cool downs, lay hands, and other talents that will keep you on your feet. Of course, you can always make one go holy when needed as well, but I don't see any trash mobs getting past all that healing.

Pandaria dungeons are pretty tame compared to the ones from cat.

Thanks for the info, nice to know all prot works fine :P, but i will go as 1 tank and 4 ret becouse i already have 4 heirloom 2 hands for them :P i think everything will be fine im lvl 7 with mine's and i kill hogger at lvl 6 LOL :P

I leveled mine prot all the way to 80..was better dps than what i could get out of ret spec at those levels.

From a buddy in Legion he said theyre crap in pvp. Idk why exactly but something along the lines of nerfed off heals and the holy power system being hard to manage. but i have seen people running 4 ret and a dk so idk, maybe they are decent

ya from what i got on the ptr (apart form trying to work out what goes where) seems a little hard to mange them though adding a warrior was kinda fun.

One for the MT and the other so each person heals themselves. DPS comes primarily from avengers shield that one shots (5 shot 1 from each toon at the same time) Either players or mobs. I've macroed similarly the same with sacred shield which can stack adding 6k hp all together on the toon taking damage.

its 90 that is the prob hell i have loads off fun at any level other then cap,

Yeah, my pally team was tearing it up until 90. At cap they weren't performing as I hoped, and are now collecting dust.

@Mckeon can you share your macro set up? I am resurrecting my 5 paladin team that I have had sitting at 45 for too long
